Employees are being exposed to the Covid-19 virus while in the workplace due to the following: 1. The employer is not informing employees who work in close contact with other employees who have tested positive. The employees work in a cubicle setting in a small confined area.

2. Employees do not use the same cube daily or other employees use their cubes when they are out and there is no cleaning/sanitizing done to prevent the spread of the virus.

There have been COVID-19 cases, however the employer is not practicing social distancing or requiring mask to be worn. The employer is allowing employees which tested COVID-19 positive to return to work after 5 days of quarantining.
