The Arkansas Department of Health has lifted a boil water order for part of a water system in Newton County. The boil water order has been lifted for Parthenon Water Association customers served by the Gum Springs Road booster tank. The boil order was issued May 7 due to a water line break, but has been lifted as of Friday morning at 10.
