I have been stupid, not once but twice! I ordered the highly advertised 'weekender luggage' at $39.89 (2x) Once they confirmed my order they dropped off the face of the earth. Then I received a 'pair of sunglasses' stating on 17Track numerous times that it was in transit THEN stating it was delivered. What was delivered was a cheap pair of plastic sunglasses. (I've seen them included on other scam reports as well) I'm now working with my bank to recoup the funds.

The same thing happened to me. I ordered 8/19/2023, followed up with a question in September and then subsequently received a pair of cheap tinted sunglasses. I will try to contact my bank. iIt was ordered on HSN network???
I ordered the 2 carryons, advertised on Facebook under QVC. They included the QVC commercial so I thought I was ordering ftom QVC. I never received my order. I received a small plastic flower the size of a quarter. I got in touch with their customer service. I never got my luggage nor my refund. After constant emailing on my part they finally blocked me. So, I paid $55.00 for a small plastic flower. Bad people!
