Environ 6 000 clients sont privés d'électricité dans le comté de San Joaquin jeudi à 5 h 30. Selon la carte des pannes de PG&E, la panne a débuté juste avant 22 h 58 mercredi soir près de Tracy et a touché 6 338 clients.
