Une panne de courant a été signalée dans la zone nord de Sanford le lundi matin 9 septembre. La zone touchée était bordée à peu près par la rivière Tittabawassee à l'ouest, Hull Road au nord, 5 Mile Road à l'est et Price Road au sud.
