Plus de 3 500 personnes sont privées d'électricité à Cicéron, North Syracuse et Clay jeudi matin, selon National Grid. Environ 1 374 personnes étaient privées d'électricité à Cicéron, 1 224 à North Syracuse, 589 à Clay et 86 dans le village de Baldwinsville, selon la carte nationale des pannes de courant du réseau.
