Une panne de courant a touché les régions de Barkley, Sunset et Sunnyland à Bellingham le lundi 21 mars au matin. Selon la carte des pannes de Puget Sound Energy, 1 876 clients ont été touchés par la panne, qui a commencé à 10 h 43.
