1. They are not taking the appropriate measures to disinfect the store and inform employees that were in contact with the positive employee. 2. Employees work in conditions that put them in extremely close contact with each other.

because the store is small and there are multiple employees. 4. Difficult to breathe with the masks because the air conditioning has been broken so they aren't kept on the whole time. 5. People have been close to passing out because of how hot it gets. The fans do not help. 6. Customers wait in the lobby when the health department said it wasn't allowed. 7. Customers aren't required to wear masks inside the building even though they're supposed to.
