1. Employees in the facility are exposed to COVID-19. The employer does not ensure that employees are informed in a timely manner when co-workers are confirmed to have contracted COVID-19. The employers allows employees to work a long side other employees who have tested positive for COVID-19 and are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19. The employer does not ensure that employees diagnosed positive for COVID-19 quarantine for the time period as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). The employer does not ensure that employees are provided with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and replacement PPE when needed to protect themselves from COVID-19. The employer does not ensure that employees practice social distancing as recommended by the CDC. The employer does not ensure that the facility is cleaned and sanitized as recommended by the CDC after cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed.
