USPS Teterboro package sitting with no movement

I ordered a photo thru Shutterfly who ships "UPS." However, apparently at some point, they hand off to USPS. So now my package is sitting in Teterboro for over a week with no movement. UPS says they can't help because it's with USPS. And USPS can't help because I don't have a USPS tracking #.

Ordered a package on the 26th and it got sent out the 29th. on the 30th it hit teterboro and hasnt moved for 5 days. i have nearly $60 worth of stuff in that package and its time sensitive.
