On January 16th, I created an insured ground advantage label for a jiffy mailer style package that contained jewelry and mailed it in the Saddle Brook, NJ lobby mail chute/drop. It has a tracking number but was never scanned by either the post office or the Northern NJ Metro Processing and Distribution Center in Teterboro, NJ. So according to the tracking it is like it was never received by the post office. The postmaster of the Saddle Brook, NJ post office said it was sent over to the distribution center for processing but as of today, it never was. I opened a case to find the package and require that they find it and get it into the system for my buyer. The mailer is supposed to go to La Quinta, CA.
