My package has been sitting at the Teterboro distribution center since November 23, 2023 today today is December 10 and there has not been any movement and when I tried to make a complaint missing mail report, USPS tells me it is unable because it’s an international package

I’m having the same problem it’s just sitting at teterboro without any movement!!
