[Removed] is a new hire. She is a heavy drug user and used fake urine to pass the drug test. I know how vital it is in a company that deals with dangerous material and using while employed is not only unethical...it's outright careless. She should be
tested again with closer observation. This company deserves better than that.

The company is violating the mask mandates that the state of Indiana set forth as well as suggestions for employers during COVID-19. The company had a meeting and took a vote on whether people wanted to wear masks and the majority of people voted that they didn't.
The company then had all employees who didn't want to wear a mask sign a paper stating that if they were to get sick that the company would not be responsible. The company is pressuring people to go to work when they are sick. If employees call off of work for having Covid symptoms, they are written up for missing work when they return.
