1. The employer is not complying with the COVID-19 CDC Guidelines in regard to employees quarantining for 10 days after they return from International travel. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor' COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees testing positive for COVID-19 at the workplace.
Employees have tested positive for COVID-19 and have continued to work without being required to quarantine for 10 days or providing a negative test result. 3. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to sanitizing high-touch surfaces after each use. High touch surface areas are not being properly sanitized. 4. The employer does not have a hazard communication program in place. Employees are utilizing chemicals in the work with proper training. 5. The employer does not provide training to employees on the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Employees are utilizing chemicals without being trained on the use of proper PPE. 6. The employer does not provide bloodborne pathogen training to employees. Employees were exposed to Other Potential Infectious Material (OPIM) and other bodily fluids while working at the facility. 7. Vacuums are not properly maintained. Some of the vacuums have cords that are spliced potentially exposing employees to a shock hazards. Hazard Location: Throughout housekeeping area and guest rooms of the Marriott Resort at the listed address. 1/21/2021 bm

1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees quarantining after they return from out of the country. An employee of MasterCorp inc. returned from Cuba on December 22, 2020, and following news of that return, the controlling employer Marriott instructed
the employee to leave the property. The employee was originally told to return to work January 4, 2021 by the employer. However, on December 30,2020, the employee was contacted by management and other employer representatives and directed to work at a different property. 2. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees quarantining after they return from out of the country. A manager returned from Mexico on September 1, 2020. On September 5, 2020, the manager returned to work in lieu of following the quarantine guidelines. 3. On November 24, 2020, a house keeper was directly exposed by a positive COVID-19 family member. When this information was communicated to MasterCorp Inc. management, they informed the housekeeper to return to work. On November 27, 2020, the controlling employer Marriott assessed the employee and directed the employee to leave the property in accordance with current COVID-19 guidelines. 4. Employees are concerned that the personal protective equipment provided for the purposes of sanitizing high-touch surfaces is inadequate and no additional protective equipment is provided. It contains two blue aluminum circles, about the size of a quarter that I have no idea what they are or why I got them.

I ordered clothes from an Instagram add almost a month ago. The “tracking” given shows limited information and according to the tracking website it was delivered however I have yet to receive the package. The website has no phone number only an email address. I got a
response from service@ risktic. com the first time when I emailed them a day after the package was said to have been delivered and I was instructed to wait 48 hours. I waited then sent another email (the only source of communication) to the same address but this time no response. I sent another email asking for a complete refund, the prior email I only requested the dresses. The response from this email was a different address support@ lixvb. com and asked if they could refund 50%. This is a complete scam. Don’t buy from them. It’s been 30 day and still no dresses.
