Numerous complaints of needle sticks (employees told they'd be okay) due to sharp containers being overfilled and not emptied in a timely manner. No education/demonstration of putting on PPE correctly. They keep hand sanitizer locked up and employee had to bring their own. Medications left in rooms on top of medication carts. Employees not washing their hands Residents not wearing masks Putting bare hands in ice that facility uses.

taped up a couple times. The pillow itself was inside an expensive resuable vacuum bag instead of typical onetime use super thin plastic sleeve.
