Numerous complaints of needle sticks (employees told they'd be okay) due to sharp containers being overfilled and not emptied in a timely manner. No education/demonstration of putting on PPE correctly. They keep hand sanitizer locked up and employee had to bring their own. Medications left in rooms on top of medication carts.
