1. There is a safety shower/eyewash station on the north side of the building that is not connected to any water line. 2. There is a safety shower/eye wash station on the south side of the building that is hooked up to water, however, an employee had acid go under their eye protection and had to wait until the eye wash water cleared of rust before they could use it to properly clean their eyes. 3. They are letting people that did not provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination go without masks.
