1. The employer failed to give notice of potential COVID-19 exposure, within one business day, to employees who may have had COVID-19 exposure and their authorized representatives. Title 8 CCR § 3205(c)(6)(A) 2. The employer failed to ensure that face coverings are worn by employees when indoors and when outdoors and less than six feet away from another person. Each morning, approx. 6 employees are required to prepare paperwork in a small office and not all employees wear face coverings. Title 8 CCR § 3205(c)(7)(A) 3. The employer failed to install barriers in fixed locations where it is not possible to maintain the physical distancing requirement. The employer removed the partitions that were installed originally to protect employees from required customer interactions. Title 8 CCR § 3205(c)(8)(A) 4. The employer failed to implement cleaning and disinfecting procedures. Title 8 CCR § 3205(c)(8)(C) 5. The employer failed to ensure that COVID-19 cases and employees with COVID-19 exposure are exluded from the workplace. The employer was notified of a COVID-19 case and did not exclude the employee or exposed employees due to heavy workload until the employee displayed visible symptoms. Title 8 CCR § 3205(c)(10)(A) & (B) 6. The employer failed to maintain earnings for employees excluded due to work-related COVID-19 exposure. Title 8 CCR § 3205(c)(10)(C)
