The employer removed the partitions that were installed originally to protect employees from required customer interactions. Title 8 CCR § 3205(c)(8)(A) 4. The employer failed to implement cleaning and disinfecting procedures. Title 8 CCR § 3205(c)(8)(C) 5. The employer failed to ensure that COVID-19 cases and employees with COVID-19 exposure are exluded from the workplace.
