T8CCR §3203(a)(6) Employer is not screening employees for fever and/or other symptoms of CoViD-19. Employer is not providing masks to employees or practicing six-food physical distancing. Employer is not requiring masks be worn by customers at all times except while eating. Employer is not ensuring that sufficient supplies of soap, hand sanitizer, rags, paper towels and gloves are available to the employees. Employer is not adequately cleaning high-touch surfaces such as bathroom fixtures and touch screens. Employer has not told employees to stay home when sick and what to do if they present CoViD-19 symptoms and employees feel as thought have to find someone else to cover their work while out.
