1. Employees have only 1 male and 1 female bathroom with (only 1 toilet in each bathroom) and the waiting line is very long to use the bathroom and is not readily available for handwashing. 2. At the present time the female designated bathroom has been closed due to renovation making it more difficult for bathroom availability and handwashing. 3. Employees are not provided with face masks they are told to buy their own and they are not required to be used. 4. The employer is not enforcing CDC guidelines for social distancing and face coverings for employees and management in the warehouse. 5. Hand sanitizer and or hand sanitizing stations are not provided. Applicable OSHA standard(s): 29 CFR Section 5(a)(1) General Duty Clause of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, 1910.141 and CDC guidelines.
