I received a package that I did not order from City Fresh Come, 1314 W Francisquito Ave, West Covina, CA 91790. It was a little black bag with a smiley face. I've seen that other people received these as well. Just wanting answers for safety.

I received a package of cell phone cables that I didn't order from this address and a certain Brian Jarvis, I thought it was a mistake but seeing others with the same case it must be some kind of scammed identity theft
