I looked at this item online and entered some of my information but did not complete and submit the order. I then received an email saying my order was on the way. I communicated online with the company..modest-decors.com as directed if “I was not satisfied “. I
was told that once the item had shipped, I could not cancel it and was referred to the “returns” site where I was told that I would receive return label “ if my return was accepted “. Then the company just “disappeared “… with my $39.90! Never got the return label… could not contact the”Rosewood P” company that was listed on the package at 2800 north Franklin road Indianapolis IN 46219 . Other writing on package was Chinese I guess and the bird feeder was a piece of crap. Half of size as portrayed on their site and so flimsy it wouldn’t last 5 minutes with a Louisiana squirrel. Chinese squirrels must be very tiny!
