I ordered coco noir brick/soil the video showed a large brick of soil that increased with water to fill a large area. What showed up was a tiny 3 inch x 3 inch square - for $20! The receipts says 9.99 for the soil 5.99 for shipping
and $4.21 for tax - who has a 50% sales tax charge??? PayPal says contact the lender but I get no response.
