I ordered an I Phone advertised on facebook for 60.30 on 4/23/24 never received the merchandise but my bank account was debited for this amount. I am trying to find out if i ewas scanned again. Please help if you can.

Saw the advertisemet on Facebook showing different cell phones for sale at a reduced price. Thought it would be an upgrade for my wife, ordered it on 4/23 and have not gotten anything, emails, texts, etc.
