1. The employer is not complying with the Governor's COVID-19 mandate in regard to employees wearing face coverings. Employees are not wearing face coverings. Hazard Location: Behind Counter and Food Preparation Area
Employer does not have a Covid-19 Prevention Plan. Employer did not inform affected employees when someone tested positive for Covid-19. Employer allowed Covid-19 positive employees to come to work.
1. Employees are exposed to possible COVID-19 infection due to employee testing positive and still required to work, contrary to the OSH Act of 1970, general duty clause 5(a)(1).
1. It was reported to OSHA that employees diagnosed with COVID-19 infections were required to come in to work before the end of 14-day quarantine period. This is contrary to Section 5 (a) (1) of the OSH Act and contrary to CDC guidelines for COVID-19.
