1. The employer has not effectively developed or implemented an Infectious Disease Preparedness and Response Plan for COVID-19. The use of masks or face covering is not enforced. Hygiene practices are not encouraged at the workplace. An employee was exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 and return to work while waiting for the results of the COVID-19 test, which resulted positive, exposing other employees to the virus. Contact tracing has not been conducted with employees that has been in close contact with positive COVID-19 cases, so they could either quarantine or get tested.
