The Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine is a 2-dose mRNA vaccine developed along with BioNTech and has shown an efficacy rate of 95% in clinical trials. Side effects for the vaccine were mostly mild and included fever, fatigue, chills, redness and swelling. Two individuals did report allergic reactions.

I am a 69 yr female. First vaccine placed in muscle hurt 18 hours after. Told nurse to inject below muscle and inject slowly and my arm is not sore and I have no side effects. Feeling great!

Recieved my 1st vaccine 4days ago through IHS (indian healthcare services) felt no pain at the injection site for the 1st 25mins then it started to hurt. Couple hours later fatigued but took a nap and woke up feeling fine. Only had arm soreness for 3days. I'm a 39 yr old Asthmatic  | Symptoms: Fatigue, Soreness

I had the first shot done on Monday 2/8, I didnt feel it when given, the next morning my arm was a little sore, then it got a little swollen and a red mark around the site. Today, Thursday, it's still a bit swollen and tender. It was worth it though and it wasnt as bad as the Flu shot.  | Symptoms: Other, Soreness, Swelling

I received 2 shots of Pfizer 3 weeks apart. I felt a little itchiness with both and a 6 hour mild headache the second dose. But otherwise so minor and no soreness on my arm.  | Symptoms: Headache, Soreness, Itching
