I attempted to make a purchase but the purchase was "incomplete". I tried to contact them but this email was listed as a "scam". I'm worried because they have my credit card information.

Ordered some clothes back in January 2023 from Macy's, never rec'd but keep getting emails stating they are processing my refund but to be patient. Found out they are a scam company. Emails I get keep changing the name from Eda, Claire, Amber, Amy, Emma, etc. but the same email address.

Ordered 2 hammock chairs, get 2 free on May 21, 2023. They say the chairs were delivered but I didn't receive them. Told to check post office or neighbors. Post office never received them. Going to get in touch with my CC company now and dispute the charge.

More than 20 days ago I returned 2 pairs of shoes, the reason was smaller numbers, I delivered it as indicated to the post office, until today without response

I sent them $40 (2)months ago over PayPal which now I can't find no receipts not even on PayPal for three maxi dresses never received the dresses can't get my money back can't reach nobody on customer service on the phone or website I want my money this place is a scam.
