I purchased 3 glass painted book cups entirely 2 small and handles are not the way it was prescribed .the items are unsatisfactory, no package slip or return information available, These were college graduation gifts! Not suitable.

I did order but what I ordered isn’t what I received. No phone number to try and return. My credit card company called me they think it is a scam. What do I do now? 641-751-5507. Can’t add photos, my phone won’t do that
