3203: One employee was confirmed with Covid, hangs out with a lot of other employees who were still coming in and don't believe things have been cleaned properly. The employee was rolling silverware that guests have been using and was serving tables while having Covid before getting

1. The employer is not following CDC guidelines regarding informing employees of workers who have tested positive for COVID-19. Three employees tested positive and the coworkers were not informed.

1. We came back to work after Covid shutdown under auspices of Executive Orders 2020-114 and 2020-115. The company has no Covid preparedness and response plan, hasn't trained us on any Covid responsibilities, there are no employee self-screening questionnaires or temperature checks. They are not complying with
the Governor's Executive Orders and it's concerning for a national chain to be operating this way. They should be aware of the requirements for re-opening in the state of Michigan.
