Not health or safety issue, but likely a shipping error. I live in a 4 apartment dwelling in Albany, NY. I do not do business with Hello Fresh. BUT....a large box of "meals?" was delivered to the bld. addressed to someone else 488 Madison Av/ Albany, NY.

my start date is tonight, 1/13/22, at 7 PM. I was able to set up my account in Workday, but when I tried to set up ADP, I was locked out. I've submitted requests for help. This HR person refuses to help me with this problem. She has sent me rude èmails telling me that my employee #, which I just got a few days ago, doesn't exist. I'm just trying to work for a living, and I was told I was hired to work at Hello Fresh, but this person is ridiculously rude and will not help me to rectify the problem.

The absolute worst! Product faulty- mis representation and no resolution offered for $50+ dollars spent with pictures of proof and the “best” resolution was $5 is dollars. How is a $5 refund a solution for $50 and an unusable product.
