I need to make a complaint on the HR Department at the Irving, TX facility. I was terminated in November because I was I'll from the covid vaccination. I was told I could reply, which I did, and I was rehired. I've gone through the orientation and my start date is tonight, 1/13/22, at 7 PM. I was able to set up my account in Workday, but when I tried to set up ADP, I was locked out. I've submitted requests for help. This HR person refuses to help me with this problem. She has sent me rude èmails telling me that my employee #, which I just got a few days ago, doesn't exist. I'm just trying to work for a living, and I was told I was hired to work at Hello Fresh, but this person is ridiculously rude and will not help me to rectify the problem.
