The Federal Trade Commission reported that the number of complaints about scams involving ads on Facebook and other social media has more than tripled in the past year. A recent Reuters investigation revealed that Meta projected it would earn approximately $16 billion from advertising for scams and banned goods. Facebook exposes users to an estimated 15 billion fraudulent ads daily.

On Facebook, I payed for a 2020 Hot SELLING-GTA 26 Battery-Powered Wood Cutter which shows a small hand held chain saw, but I received a chain with loops on the end. Any idea on how to get my money back would be appreciated. I hate these scams!
