Appeared on my Facebook feed, friend had gotten one and was really pleased with hers, so I ordered one, paying by paypal, all I got in mail was the chain, in a case with ribbon and fingerloops.mailed from Zip90021, on Feb 6, 2021, now I see other complaints on this company and product

I ordered this saw on December 13th, on December 15th I recieved a confirmation notice the my purchase was on its way, today January 4th 2021 in the mail all I recieved was a chain. Is this a scam or what,and where is the rest of my purchased SAW?????
