CDC guidelines are to inform employees of their possible close contact, mask or no mask, (within 6 feet of an infected person for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period) with someone with confirmed or suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection in the workplace, but maintain confidentiality. No employees that were within close contact of the COVID case were informed of the fact that they had exposure/contact for two days.

The reason you often receive cheap products from overseas is that the companies are trying to increase their ratings, so they place orders, ship something cheap so there is proof of delivery, and then write a favourable review. There is really nothing you can do about this.If the package was addressed correctly with your name, then it means someone has obtained your name & address somehow, but you're not likely to ever find out how.
4567 Dixie Road is Canada Post's massive facility in Mississauga. International parcels can be shipped in bulk on a single waybill and then split after importation so that this appears as the return address. You cannot return the package to this address once you've opened it.

Yes it is fraud you must have ordered something else and they sent this instead then they use the delivery receipt to write fake reviews and say you recieved the actual item you ordered which you didn't, and they use that as verified purchase to lie and scam reviews to scam more people! Same thing happened to me I purchased "$70 in on sale raised garden beds" and they sent me a damn pair of winter gloves and then used my info as verified purchase on their site because the gloves were delivered not what I ordered so they put fake reviews up since the delivery of fake item was still a delivery report as verified purchase and they write fake reviews and scam more people then they pocket the difference of what money you spent and difference on what's left after buying the stupid winter gloves which prob was roughly 69$ in my case! And they keep doing it over and over!!!
