The employer has not taken the appropriate steps to protect employees from SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. A third employee has tested positive for COVID-19. The company is also using outdated CDC guidelines to inform workers of COVID cases, as well as using outdated guidelines to diagnose the worker who tested positive. Donatos qualifies close contact if exposure was within 6 feet and unmasked for 15 minutes. CDC guidelines are to inform employees of their possible close contact, mask or no mask, (within 6 feet of an infected person for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period) with someone with confirmed or suspected SARS-CoV-2 infection in the workplace, but maintain confidentiality. No employees that were within close contact of the COVID case were informed of the fact that they had exposure/contact for two days.Alleged Hazards: 1, Employees Exposed: 20
