my sister in law just went into the ER with covid-19 symptoms but they wouldnt test her because she could still talk. they had just halved her lupus meds, which they've apparently been trying to use to treat the virus. theyre sending her home to two babies with bad immune systems

I just went to an urgent care with multiple Covid-19 symptoms literally vomiting in a bag in front staff and they FLAT OUT REFUSED TO TEST ME.somebody please explain to me how that is not negligence in light of a Global Pandemic

I flew home to Philadelphia for a weekend at the beginning of March, the airport is now closed due to too many coronavirus cases. I have symptoms, but I don't qualify for a test, I live outside Tampa, the store I work at refuses to close.

So my friend’s telling me about her friend’s sister who’s a doctor in Spain and has the COVID-19 symptoms. The hospital is refusing to let her undergo the test because there aren’t enough doctors and expecting her to continue to treat patients.... so heartbreaking
