1/ Symptoms I've experienced in the last week, most likely a mild case of COVID-19. Not tested because i am certainly not ill enough to be at hospital or taking NHS staff away from those who need help more. Thought I would share what I've been going through in the last 10 days.10 days ago: had a slight cough a couple of times a day, sore throat, dull headache behind eyebrows
9 days ago: same occasional cough/sore throat/headache. Went to work letting them know I had a "silly little cough" but honestly thought it was possibly a cold trying.
8 days ago: same as previous day
7 days ago: still with a pathetic dry cough that has moved into top of chest, but headache worse, sinuses throbbing, hot/cold flushes, no fever. Do not go to work, retreat to bed. Convince self it's a bad cold. No sense of smell/taste.
6/5/4 days ago: same as previous day. Stomach in knots.
3 days ago: no D&V. Everything else same except chest hurts a fair bit when coughing. Feels like wearing too tight corset when not.
2 days ago: no sinus pain or headache. Rest of symptoms remain. Generally aching
1 day ago: back to occasional dry chest cough, less pain. Still no smell/taste. Easily become breathless/feel a bit wheezy. First day out of bed doing little things lasting only 5 minutes at a time. Faint trace of sore throat.
