I called telehealth. Doc recommends two weeks self quarantine, 8 days after symptoms disappear, rest, and Tylenol. Ordered an inhaler for my shortness of breath. Can't get tested because low risk test shortages. Appears I may have coronavirus.

1. All I know is I did the right thing. I did my medical exam for nursing more than two weeks ago. On the Friday night I got really sick with a terrible sore throat. Most of my symptoms match covid-19 but because I did not present with a fever my doctor refused to test me.

So.. Apparently they can't do COVID-19 test on anyone unless you show ALL symptoms of the virus.. So now me and my fiance and our daughter are quarantined until my fiance gets better.. But hopefully he does not have COVID-19, we pray it's just a common flu...

I’ve been sick for 7 days with Coronavirus symptoms, especially breathlessness and intense chest pain. I’m immunecompromised, traveled out of the country in late February, and cannot get a COVID-19 test. My state of Vermont is allotted only 140 tests/day.
