Coronavirus I’m immunecompromised, traveled and cannot get a COVID-19 test, Vermont, USA

I’ve been sick for 7 days with Coronavirus symptoms, especially breathlessness and intense chest pain. I’m immunecompromised, traveled out of the country in late February, and cannot get a COVID-19 test. My state of Vermont is allotted only 140 tests/day.
