1) The employer is not informing all employees of their exposure to COVID-19 positive coworkers. 2) The employer is not notifying the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry within 24 hours of the discovery of two or more positive cases of COVID-19 in the workplace. 3) The... employer is not taking adequate steps to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in the workplace to include requiring employees to wear face coverings in an area of high community transmission of COVID-19. 4) Employees are required to work when symptomatic and suspected to have COVID-19.

An employee who tested positive for COVID-19, had been at work prior to getting results. Some employees were made aware of the situation, but at all of them. Several employees have been showing symptoms. Employer not following city guidelines and requirements.
