I ordered a handheld chainsaw on Facebook. I paid with PayPal and I never received it. I looked it up on PayPal and the payment was sent to Amphitrite Technology. Scam and joke- these people should not be able to scam people over Facebook.

Why is PayPal allowing this company to keep on scamming people? I ordered the chainsaw and received a chain with 2 rings. Who is suppose to stop these people? They are not doing their jobs and PayPal is allowing it.
