The employer is not implementing adequate safety practices to protect its employees from the spread of SARS-CoV-2 such as, but not limited to: 1. Screening employee temperatures and assessing symptoms prior to starting work 2. Enforcing masks/face covering usage for employees while at work 3. Increasing the
frequency of cleaning commonly touched surfaces 4. Quarantining employees who have being in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
