1. An employee is living with someone that tested positive for COVID-19 and the employer is allowing the employee to come to work. The company's screening questionnaire states if an employee or someone in the employee's home tested positive in the last 10 days, the employee should
not work. Other employees have worked closely with the employee and have been put at risk. 2. There are not enough paper towels to clean as often as should be done.
