Employees could be, or could have been, exposed to the COVID-19 virus, due to: 1. Where numerous employees have tested positive for the virus, and/or have been diagnosed with the infection, the employer has not informed coworkers who had, or could have had contact with the affected
employees; 2. No health screening, other than a body temperature check, is conducted; 3. The workplace has not been deep-cleaned nor sanitized; 4. The wearing of masks properly, so that the mouth and nose are covered, is not enforced; 5. Social Distancing is not required nor practiced.
