There have been 5-6 positive cases of COVID-19 in the last month. The employer is not enforcing the use of face masks. In addition, there is concern that the conveyors are not being disinfected. Only the bathrooms are being cleaned and disinfected.

Nearly 2,000 households and businesses were without power in High Point Monday morning.

The outage area covered the populated neighborhoods along Skeet Club Road and Sandy Ridge Road.

As of 7:45 a.m. 1,000 customers were still without power.
