An employee recently tested positive for COVID-19 and informed the employer prior to opening. The manager did not notify other employees that the employee had the virus and they had all been around the employee on previous days. The employee that tested positive, along with the manager and customers, were not wearing face masks since the sign stating to do so has been removed.
