Ordered grunt style cloths off advertisement on Facebook. Tracking stated it was delivered today. No box or cloths except for a cheap ring in my mailbox.

Hot Air Balloon lantern, Purchased from gardencraftershub.com. Item reveived was not as represented on their website. I have been trying to get them to honor their guarantee. I want to send the item back and have them refund my VISA account. You can only communicate by email

This company is a fraud and is guilty of false advertising. Currently trying to get a refund on an item that was totally misrepresented on their website. All I get is the run around, even though they show a guarantee on their website.
