These are ceramic lighted christmas trees. No packing slip only the return label. I received 3 lighted christmas trees from this address. Only name on the return label is Jatricis Kort. The lights do not work and I need to return them. Canyou help me

I received this package and I did not order it. It has two labels one over the other.. The top address is Katrics Korts, Flushing, New York. This is a fraud. I paid for it via Pay Pal but they will not do anything about it as they cannot track the order by that name.

I received a package from them today, September 13, 2025

I received a package from this David/LC location 3646 S. Wilcott Ave., Chicago, IL 60609. I did not order this product and I refuse to pay for whatever it is because I can't even tell what it is.
